From Provence in the South of France Benjamin joins Déjà Vu to make sure all your culinary needs are taken care of during your stay onboard. Benjamin is hard working and adventurous young chef with a wealth of knowledge in restaurants and private service. Having trained in Michelin star establishments his experience was gained from exclusive 5* hôtels in Paris, London, New York and Shanghai. During his career he also served as personal chef to a European Royal family in their Bahamas estate, along with catering for the needs of Eastern Europe clients and other international clients. During his travels he has gained  international cooking experiences, his specialities are light, healthy, seafood, Mediterranean style cuisines.

When not in the galley Ben enjoys practicing sports running in particular, also motorsports, travelling, and photography.
